Find
the item you're looking for
Our products are divided into categories
(wicks, molds, soap bases, etc.) that always appear at the top of
your screen. Simply click on the category you are interested
in
to view the products in that category.
You also can use the catalog search tool.
Shopping Cart
When you click on the category you are looking for you will see a listing of
the items in that category. This list will contain the items in that category
along with:
A
photo
The item's best available price (based on the best quantity price break we
offer)
A short description
The item's catalog number.
You can view more details about the item or to add the item directly to your
Shopping Cart. You can add an item to your Shopping Cart by entering the number
of items you would like to purchase in the quantity box and clicking on the
ADD TO CART option. Just like a store in the real world, your Cart stores your
items until you decide to check out.
Check
Out
Once you have all the items in your Cart that you would like to purchase, click
on the Check Out button at the top of any screen. You will be
taken through several steps and will receive a total for your order before
you have to commit to the order. Candlewic accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

The total price for your order including any applicable tax
Your billing information
Credit card used for payment
The address where the order will be shipped
You will have the option to change your order or your billing information at
this time and it is important to remember that you will not be charged until
you place your order.
Your
final order will be confirmed and you will be given an order
number you can use to track your order and you will receive a
e-mail confirming your order. It's a good idea to print your
confirmation e-mail.
