Candlewic always ships your order as soon as possible. For most of the year, orders are normally shipped in
1-2 business days. During busy times of the year (September - December), shipping times may be 3-4 business days.
We appreciate your patience and are
constantly working to reduce our shipping lead times.
All merchandise will be delivered F.O.B. Sellers factory, no freight
allowance.
Orders will be shipped either UPS, FedEx, or Common Carriers. Orders less
than 1,000 pounds will be shipped UPS unless other arrangements
are requested by customer.
Any returns must first be approved by Candlewic. All products
returned will be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee plus freight.
Shipping charges on online orders are estimated based on
product weight and your shipping location. If the actual shipping
weight
varies,
you
will
be contacted
to approve the change before we ship your order.
Orders can be picked up at our facility in Doylestown, PA. You must notify us 24 hours prior to pickup.
